By registering, depositing funds, or placing wagers on mostfm, you represent and warrant that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you meet all eligibility requirements described herein, and that you accept these terms unconditionally. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform.

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer verification — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawal processing. |
| "Restricted Jurisdiction" | Any country or territory in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law. |
| "IDR" / "Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah — the lawful currency of the Republic of Indonesia, used as the sole account currency on the Platform. |

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:
mostfm primarily serves players located in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to access the full range of Platform services, including Rupiah-denominated deposits and local bank withdrawals.
To access real-money wagering features on mostfm, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify mostfm immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
mostfm reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Account registration does not constitute an obligation on mostfm to provide services, and the Platform may suspend or close any account at its sole discretion in accordance with this Agreement.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
mostfm is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing any withdrawal request. The KYC verification process may also be triggered at any point during a Member's account activity at mostfm's discretion.
Members may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:
Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. mostfm will process complete KYC submissions within 3 business days (WIB). Incomplete or illegible documents will be returned for resubmission, resetting the processing clock.
mostfm accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon (bank transfer); and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallet). All accounts are denominated in IDR.
Minimum deposit amounts are as follows:
mostfm does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which mostfm bears no responsibility. Deposit funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger a full KYC review.
Deposits are typically credited to your mostfm account within 5 minutes of confirmed receipt by the payment gateway. In cases of delay exceeding 30 minutes, you should contact support with your transfer proof (bukti transfer) for manual verification.
⚠️ mostfm does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or deposits from credit cards. Any transfer from an unauthorized payment method will be returned to the originating account.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability. Withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only.
Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000. Withdrawal processing times (for fully KYC-verified accounts) are as follows:
mostfm reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or where anti-money laundering checks are triggered. Withdrawal requests may be voided if the associated account is found to be in breach of this Agreement at the time of the request.
Any active bonus b alance attached to the withdrawal account must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable Bonus Terms before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw while an active bonus is pending wagering requirements will result in the bonus being voided and deducted from the withdrawable balance.
mostfm offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of mostfm.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written consent of mostfm.

In any event, mostfm's total aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles, as applied in the jurisdiction of mostfm's principal place of operations.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent mostfm from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
mostfm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, mostfm will provide at least 7 days' notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on your account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance before the effective date of the amendment.
